What is Bulk QR Code Generator?

A bulk generator turns a list into a set of static QR codes. Every line becomes its own code with its own content, and every file in the download is named so you can match it back to its line. The CSV report lists what was encoded for each row, so you keep a record of the batch.

Because all codes are static, the text of each line is stored inside the image itself. There is no redirect, no expiry and no scan tracking, and the codes keep working as long as they can be read. It also means that a wrong line produces a wrong code: proofread the list before you print.

Generation happens in your browser, so a batch of 500 can take a few seconds and a progress bar shows how far along it is. Keep the tab open until the downloads are ready.

When should you use it?

• Event tickets, badges or seats where every attendee needs a unique code, such as a ticket number or a link containing an ID.
• Table numbers, room numbers or stations in a venue, each pointing to its own page.
• Serial numbers or asset tags that you paste directly from a spreadsheet column.
• A short list of different links, for example one QR per product page, that you want as separate images.

Bulk, CSV or TXT: which tool fits?

Use this page when the list is small enough to paste straight from a spreadsheet or a message. Use the CSV tool when your data sits in several columns and you want captions such as a name or SKU printed next to each code. Use the TXT tool when your list already lives in a plain text file.
